These can drop from enemies but the easiest static spawn I’ve found for the Restored Desk Fans is in the upper office of the loading bay at the Kanawha Nuka-Cola Plant. The bay is behind the main building, and you don’t need to enter the instance to reach it.
A Clean Tea Kettle sits on a small table in the kitchen of the Brown House at Rapidan Camp.
A stack of three Clean Bowls can be found behind the counter of the Wayward. Just make sure to wear a disguise if you’re a ghoul; despite Mort sitting inches away from the bowls and a sign declaring all are welcome, player ghouls aren’t permitted inside.
Also behind the Wayward’s counter is a Toaster. While its name does not vary from its rougher counterpart, this Toaster is visually clean.
