While not postmarked, Curt Teich postcards used a very organized system for production numbers; 3C postcards were manufactured in 1953.

The Greenbrier cottages are, according to the resort, “the earliest surviving structures on the property,” predating the main hotel building which was completed in 1858.

This postcard was never mailed, so unfortunately I don’t have a an exact date, but based on the printing type, paper, and font styles, it was likely published in the late-1960s to mid-1970s.
