Obtainable during the quest Oldest Trick in the Book. Convince Hugo not to kill Alex. He’ll give you a book he says belongs to Alex’s ex Audrey, claiming it to be a sort of peace offering. Kill Alex without giving her the book to keep it
Strange Book
You’ll receive this item during your progression of the Regent of the Dead quest. Do not complete the quest, and each time you leave and re-enter a server you’ll receive the quested version (cannot be dropped, traded, etc) and one un-quested (fully unlocked). If you find yourself with gobs of these books, just complete that quest to stop getting them
Because of the overabundance of the books in the game, these can usually be found in player vendors for fairly cheap
Note: Shares a model with the burnt/destroyed books littering the Wasteland
